Park Links

Seeing as how I have barely scratched the surface of all of the parks in our area, here are some links to some official resources about the parks and recreation in the Kansas City, Independence, Lee's Summit and Blue Springs areas.

Independence Public Parks: Interactive map of all Independence public parks with addresses, and brief descriptions of amenities.
Blue Springs Public Parks: Website with links to all the Blue Springs public parks. Includes photo galleries, addresses, map, and descriptions of amenities.
Lee's Summit Public Parks: Interactive map feature that lists all the Lee's Summit public parks. Includes links for addresses, directions, brief descriptions, and amenities chart.
Kansas City Public Parks: Another interactive map of some of the award-winning public parks in the Kansas City area. Includes pictures, directions, and descriptions of the parks.

There are quite a few parks in those lists that I would like to get to and get pictures of! Now if only the weather would cooperate - there is nothing worse than a soggy playground... except perhaps Monkey-Pox.
